The steps you need to know before publishing a Skill.
To publish a Skill, first sign in with GitHub, then choose the folder containing your SKILL.md on the /publish page.
After choosing the folder to upload, you must first run Preview to check the validation results. You can only Publish once Preview reports the bundle as installable with no warnings.
Publishing with a token
The /publish form on the web authenticates using your signed-in browser session. To publish from outside a browser — a CLI, a Hermes integration, etc. — use a personal Publish Token issued at /me/tokens.
