Yanking, Withdrawing, and Republishing
How to yank a version, withdraw an entire Skill, and republish after reverting.
Yanking makes one specific version no longer available for new installs. You can leave a reason, and the publish history itself isn't erased.
Withdrawing can only be done by the owner, and yanks every version of that Skill at once.
Yanking and withdrawing are both irreversible actions — you'll be asked to confirm again in a dialog before it runs.
Republishing
If you republish under the exact same name and version that was yanked, the original bundle contents are restored unchanged, and only the release notes are replaced with the newly submitted value.
If you want to change the actual contents, you can't reuse the same version — you'll need to publish under a new version number.
