Each Skill can have multiple versions, and the version table on the detail page shows the full history, newest first.

For versions where the publisher left release notes, you can expand "What changed" to see what's different.

Versions the publisher has yanked remain listed with a yanked marker — the publish history itself isn't erased, but the version is no longer recommended for new installs.
